Undergraduate Admissions

Transferring to WSCU

Accepted Transfer Students

Welcome to the next steps in the process for accepted transfer students.

Credit Transferability

Information on how to access your credit evaluation will be mailed to you from Registration Services. Evaluations are typically mailed three to four weeks after you receive your acceptance.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

As a transfer student, you are reviewed for scholarship opportunities at the time of admission.

If you haven’t done so already, please file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to see if you qualify for financial aid opportunities. WSCU’s school code is 001372.

Confirming Your Enrollment

Once you’ve made your decision to attend WSCU, you may confirm your enrollment and resere your spot in the in-coming class by submitting your $200 tuition deposit. You will need to submit your deposit before you can register for classes.

You can submit your deposit by check or by credit card by contacting the cashier's office at (970) 943-3003.

Course Scheduling

As a transfer student, the Academic Resource Center must register you for classes during your first semester at WSCU. You will receive an email from the Academic Resource Center with contact information for your advisor so you can schedule a phone registration appointment.

Orientation

Designed to meet your specific needs, the optional Transfer & Non-Traditional Student Orientation is August 23, 2013 from 1-3 p.m. Registration is required though the cost for this program is free, unless you would like to participate in optional activities.
